Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

VMALL Avenue offer a 7 days return period, from the day the product has been delivered to you, as long as the product being returned is not part of our non-returnable list of products (mentioned below).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received. It must also be in the original packaging and meets our return policy.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

Fashion

  • Apparels such as underwear, lingerie, swimwear, bra, socks & tights are not eligible for return.
  • Apparel and Accessories products are eligible for return only if they are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all their labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging.
  • Footwear, clothing, eyewear, accessories, watches, bags & luggage must be returned in their original packaging with all tags completely intact.

Perishable

  • Goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot and are not eligible for return.

Beauty and Health

  • Personal care, vitamins-dietary supplements and nutrition products are not eligible for return.
  • Beauty (Cosmetics, Skin Care, ), fragrances and Health products that are opened or used will not be accepted.

Additional non-returnable and refundable items:

  • Gift
  • Downloadable software
  • Some health and personal care
  • 18K and 21k Pawnable Gold

To complete your return, we require the following:

  1. Receipt or proof of purchase.
  2. Products that are opened or used will not be accepted.
  3. Ensure you enclose the correct and complete item and as per VMALL policy when making a return. The correct item must be returned to receive a refund. No compensation is provided for incorrect items sent to VMALL.
  1. If the product does not meet the return requirements, we will hold the product for 7 days, and you may request a pickup through a courier at your expense.
  2. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your VMALL Avenue account as a gift card, credit card or original method of payment, usually in about 2-3 weeks. Most refunds are fully refunded within 7 days after we receive and process your return.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your VMALL Avenue account and bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items or Promotional Items

We do not allow any returns or refunds for an item that is purchased during a sale or promotional event.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected].

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift voucher will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to [email protected].

The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of the product being returned. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If the products are lost or damaged by the carrier during return shipping to VMALL Avenue, VMALL will not be held responsible for the loss.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
